Our primary route to market is through our ever-growing network of channel partners across the UK: companies who sell our services direct to end-customers. We look to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our Partners so that we both win more business. With our support as an established and reputable provider, our Partners can compete in the increasingly complex and price-sensitive telecommunications market.

How do you make money?

Simple. We reward you with commission on all of your customers’ billed revenue. You are paid every month within two weeks of the customer being invoiced.  We keep it simple, straightforward, honest and reliable. For partners who prefer a wholesale relationship to invoice their end-users we can provide that too.

Our products and services compliment your existing business, so while you continue to deliver expertise in your field, the impact of adding our services to your current business is extra income and ‘stickier’ customers.

We provide you with all the training and support you need in order to boost your income. Once the customer is live and billing with HighNet, you don’t need to do anything else other than watch the payments coming in every month.

What else do you get?

As a HighNet Partner, you will have your own dedicated Channel Account Manager whose knowledge and expertise is second to none. They will attend customer meetings with you, or on your behalf ensuring that you and your staff can still focus on your existing business

You will receive training on all areas of our portfolio as and when you need it. We handle all provisioning, customer service and technical support (pre and post-sale) on your behalf.

We also offer sales and marketing support with a dedicated Partner Extranet which incorporates a comprehensive knowledgebase of our products and services.

Our marketing department will help you extend your existing campaigns to new prospects. We also encourage our Partners to network with each other, both at our partner events and via social networking.

  • Financial stability - Unlike other providers, we have a very quick payment turnaround. We bill the customer on the 1st of each month, we take payment on the 15th, and on the same day we pay your commission into your account (whether the customer has paid us or not).
  • As an ISP with our own data network we can provide you with the best quality control, service and support for your customers’ internet connections and private data networks.
  • We were the first Communications Provider in Scotland, and second in the UK, to go live on the Openreach WLR3 platform. We were the first to integrate our billing platform with Dynamics CRM.
